generationCHURCH

Welcome to generationCHURCH.  GC is a youth church that reaches out and covers students ranging from middle school through college-age young adults. GC meetings are a time of powerful prayer, passionate worship, and a penetrating Word. In addition to the weekly corporate meeting held on Wednesday nights, there are small groups (Generators), outreaches, trips, and weekend activities.

Mission  To produce a chosen generation of uncompromising disciples of Jesus Christ who will influence, inspire and transform our schools, city, nation and world.

Vision  Generation Church endeavors to bring the reality of the person and power of Jesus Christ to this generation through the local church by seeing the sinner saved, the weak made strong and the leader released to lead.

Seeking the Lord in unity as a generation, for this generation is the heart's cry of our radical high-energy young people.

Generators   What's a GENERATOR?  Generators are the evangelistic and pastoral arm of generationCHURCH.  GC's Generator's are age specific small groups that meet every week in homes and campuses with a three-fold purpose to see the sinner saved, the weak made strong and the leader released to lead.  They're an external power source, designed to infuse life and power into this generation through the relevant Gospel, meaningful relationships, and accountablility.  It's the place where young people are encouraged to grow, serve and lead.

There are over eighteen Generators that meet during the week.  For more information on finding a Generator for your age group and school, please contact GC at 757.220.2100, ext. 18.  Plug in and power up!

Leadership Training  (More info coming soon)

Meeting Times  Generation Church meets Thursdays at 7:00pm at Christian Life Center.  Generation Church Remix meets on the campus of William and Mary at 8:00pm the first Wednesday of each month in Millington 150 during the schoolyear.
